I made a payment but can't find my donation on the fundraiser.

If your payment was debited from your bank account but you did not receive a payment receipt from Milaap, please reach out to our support team via email at feedback@milaap.org or send us a message on WhatsApp at +91-9916174848. Our team will track your payment and will inform you at the earliest. 

Please include the following information in your message to us; 

  • Name of the donor
  • Email ID or phone number of the donor (provided to Milaap while making the donation)
  • Screenshot of the payment
  • Link to the fundraiser to which the donation was made
